These words in question are not mine, but it looks as though most everyone has taken them to be. At that time when I was leaving, there were some people who were really worried about everyone and who thus took certain actions. In reality, that period of time was to see whether Dafa disciples were up to the test, and they responded in a variety of ways. Before long, one could truly see a playing out of various human attachments as well as how students with strong righteous thoughts handled things. What has happened is over with, and I am concerned only with whether Dafa disciples are ultimately up to standard.

A novel is just a novel, however, and it is but one of the many methods Dafa disciples have used to validate Dafa and save sentient beings. While a novel's contents might include things that Dafa disciples have come to understand through cultivation, those cannot be taken as a historical record. If I had not talked about the process of the Fa-rectification, even gods would know very little about it.

What I want to tell you is this: You have gone through great trials and hardships to arrive at where you are today. By all means, you shouldn't let your heart and mind bob about like duckweed, stirred at the first hint of wind.

Lu Qing was handed the fax and took a close look. On the sheet, roughly A4 in size, were just a few short lines. Given how long it had been, Lu couldn't recall exactly what was written on it, and knew only that the general idea was: "You don't need to ask who I am--Dafa disciples should all know this. We absolutely will not allow the Great Law of the universe to come under attack in the human world. Immediately step forward to protect Dafa, and immediately go to Beijing and the provincial governments. Whoever still does not step forward at this point is no longer my disciple."
